The belt arrived promptly. It is well made and does the job. The only gripes I have are with customer comments. Some comments said the sizing was off, so I bought a bigger belt. It was too big, so I sent it back. The replacement fitted fine. The sizes given are absolutely spot on. The belt will not 'pop off', there is 10" by 2" of velcro to keep it on. I squat 200 kg for 10 reps and the belt is secure and provides great support. Best belt I've ever had.

Easy to use and good support, unfortunately the metal loop to fasten the velcro through often turns round during use, but for a cheap alternative it is a good starter belt

Belt looks great quality. Unfortunately sizing is off. My waist is 26 inches and the small is far too big! Nothing provided to return item to seller for a refund either. If you are not a midget then and the belt can fit you you will probably love it.

This may be ok for a beginner but it gives no support to any part of the back! Only good thing I can say is it looks the part but that's it! Avoid at all costs!!!
