I’ve only had this for a couple of weeks, but it works great. It’s on my desk at work and keeps my coffee hot. It does what I bought it to do. Would recommend

This device has stopped my frequent trips to my kitchen microwave, from my home office, to keep my coffee, hot. Tips:1. Use a "FLAT" bottom cup to maximize the cup's surface contact with the hot plate. I never realized it, but the vast majority of cups sit on their bottom's circumferential lip, not on the entire bottom surface.2. I use 160 degree setting. I may up it.3. I do not use the silicone (rubber) ring, that comes with the device.4. Do not use an "insulated" cup. The heat won't transfer well from the plate. Metal or glass is best; ceramic also works good. I use ceramic.

Works fine but takes a few min with cup on top to get to 180 degrees. It doesn't seem that hot when you drink the beverage but it's good & does keep it warm, just not piping hot.

The pad is simple to use and is big enough for bigger mugs. The silicon sleeve falls off all the time and is generally useless.

I bought a different one for work. I loved it. It came with a cup and it was magical. I used it every day all day at work. The only down fall was that it didn’t have an auto shut off. I hesitated to buy the same one for home. I was terrified of falling asleep with it left on.After constant searching and reading reviews, I finally decided to buy this one. It went up to 180 degrees and there was auto shit off timer. Most others had a set timer or they just didn’t get hot enough.This one does not come with a cup. I used a flat bottom glass mug. My favorite mug.I turn it up to 180 degrees and set my timer. I start with a hot beverage. Without a lid, this warner keeps my beverage at a desirable drinking temperature. It’s not piping hot but hot enough for me to enjoy with every sip. I believe it would get hotter if I used a lid for my mug.I have not tried from a room temperature or cold beverage. The one I have for work would heat up my beverage with a lid.I have only had it for one week. I use it every night. It’s been amazing and beyond my expectations.

I ordered two of these warmers and was able to use one only once before I had to leave town for a couple of weeks. I like that there are several temperatures since the temperature I select depends on how much coffee is in the mug, whether the bottom is flat or recessed and how thick the mug/cup material is. I tend to drink my coffee fairly slowly while I watch TV or read so I think these warmers will be just right and I may even order another for my den (I currently have one at my TV recliner and on my desk).Update: I have now used the warmers for a couple of weeks and am a bit disappointed. Even when I set them for 180 degrees, my coffee is just lukewarm unless there is just a small amount of coffee in my mug. I was given a different warmer a couple of years ago, also purchased from Amazon, that keeps my coffee almost hot at 149 degrees.

I bought this for work because I always get caught up with emails or something and next thing you kmow my coffee is cold. I have only used it twice but it is life changing! Such a simple thing but makes my monday morningd happier which is priceless. Might habe to purchase another for the house!
