Correct size and is the same as original manufacter filter.

The filter has held up over 1 month. The filter has held up very well. The green rubber has faded a bit. But it's still rubber. And the paper filter is still a filter. I cleaned it out with a hose today. Could see the filter go from brown to while as I cleaned. But no slime or breakdown of the filter. I'll run the same filter for another month+. All go so far. Recommend this filter 1-month in...

I'm impressed by the quality and fit of these filters. Time will tell if they last as long as the more expensive ones I have bought.

Great filters for pool

They work amazing in out hot tub

So much nicer than the generic blue filters. I alternate filters daily and rinse the last used off. The coating on these come close to 100% clean. If you get the filter error at all try these filters. We haven't had since.

Every single one of these that I've gone through (and I've gone through about a dozen of them) have failed.However, they filter GREAT right up until that failure.I've done my own casual tests with these with normal use and checking the flow with my hand on the pump outlet jet. I've found that as these become clogged with debris enough to restrict flow to the point where you should replace them, the failure on the inner ring starts to form as a crack. When this happens, the flow increases as if I've got a new filter in there.By the time I remove it from the filter housing, the broken part falls off.Due to the nature of the filter housing, the rubber filter piece that falls off does not enter the pump as it is still wedged against the filter housing until I open it.So I have mixed feelings about this.. overall its a product failure that I can see causing serious damage to pump parts *if* that rubber piece breaks off and enters the pump.However, I feel I have no risk of that happening in my application and its been the best performing filter right up until failure. Additionally, the consistency of the failure (HAHA) allows me to always know when its time to change it. Meanwhile, whereas another filter would clog up and leave the water cooler and less filtered by the time I noticed it, this one I can tell when its time to change it just by briefly placing my hand over the jet.I'll keep buying them, but I can't give 5 stars.I'm using this in a larger inflatable intex purespa octangonal hot tub which uses the S1 filter.I also keep the water perfect to avoid damage to the pump parts by keeping ph and alkalinity right in the recommended range. However, I am sure the water is contributing to this failure as these things seem well built and wouldn't just fall apart on their own.
