Suma Organic Mung Beans 3 kg

Cannot fault it. It sprouts easily. It tastes as it should cooked straight, or after soaking or even after sprouting it overnight. It is all ok. The cooking time is considerably less after it sprouts and provided you plan ahead, sprouted beans are great to cook. I usually steam it and flavour it with lots of butter.

I am really really happy to have been able to find an accessible source of mung beans from Suma. Suma quality are the best to be found, and I was not able to get any mung beans locally for a long time. As a more or less vegan , a range of pulses that are good to sprout are vital for me.

Have been sprouting these all summer. Perfect for the job. Another bag on order now when I'll be cooking with them during the summer. Really good quality.

Always good quality, good for sprouting or cooking. Have tried buying cheaper ones from Indian shops but they dont sprout.

These Suma beans are very good quality.They taste great cooked and I also sprout them.They ALL sprout therefore showing what a quality living food this is.
