This was a Christmas present for my mother. That's why I didn't leave a review on heat resistant and easy to clean. Took out of package to make sure there was nothing wrong with them. They seem to be very sturdy and well made.

These placemats look great, and feel substantial. Small food spills came out with spot cleaning using just cold water. I have not tried to launder them. Overall, I love them and highly recommend.

These charcoal placemats are an unusual choice, but paired with napkins of various colors, it's stunning. When it came time to wash them, fingers crossed. Delighted to say, they came out of the dryer soft, no wrinkles, not warped, just perfect.CC

I need placemats on our glass kitchen table and these fit the bill. Although the grey is a bit washed out looking it’ll do. They wash well. I wish they had more of a woven look but they’re a nice thickness and do the job they’re intended to do… which is protect the glass.
