How to use: Sharpening kitchen knife: Put the knife sharpener on a platform,hold the knife sharpener with left hand,put the knife vertically into the V-Groove at the "Open edge" position on the knife sharpener with right hand,lower the knife head slightly,straightly pull it backward with little strength to the arrow direction(must no push forward),the strengh is appropriate to grind off steel scraps,pull sevral times till the knife edge is sharp,then put the knife vertically into the V-Groove at the rough grinding and fine grinding postions.and lightly pull several times to the arrow direction,making the knife reach the optimal sharpness. Sharpening scissors: Open the scissors at 90 degree,put them into the L-Groove at the right side of the "scissors"graph(the scissors plane is close to the left side,and the edge is downward vertically),and push forward and pull back ward with light strength till the scissors are sharp. Tip:if the knife is not sharp after sharpening,it may be the reason of incomplete edging at the open edge position,please edge again at the open edge postion. Corundum: The corundum at the right side of the scissors sharpener can be used to sharp other small objects(such as screwdrivers,awl,needle,ect) and deal with deformed knife. Scope of applition: Home-use ordinary stainless steel kitchen knife,scissors and fruit knife Matters needing attention: If the knife has notch or is too think;the scissors are over worn or deformed,please handle it separately.
