I have been walking and watching what I eat , my Dr. Recommend this to help me with my weight, but it’s much more than just a detox , it gives you energy , I’m walking morning and after work , I feel great on day 5 have lost 6 lbsI will continue my healthier habits thanks to this program, I feel so much better, and the shakes , just add some ice sake it well, they taste very good.

I have started the detox program with the above product and found that the shake is really nice with some frozen berries in it.However - do not let it sit or wait or the drink becomes "gelatinous" or "puddingy" at which point it becomes hard to swallow. Just prepare it and drink it and it tastes nice.

A few quick comments. The two day fast isn't as bad as it first sounds, and isn't particularly difficult to get through. The foods that are permissible after the fast allow you to eat fairly well despite the 1200 calorie per day limit, and these foods and the recipes are great for dieting purposes going beyond the seven days. Many of the recipes are both time consuming to prepare and require ingredients that are varied. You'll probably end up amending the recipes to suit what you have on hand or what is fairly easy to procure and prepare quickly.I lost seven pounds in the first week and continue to lose around three pounds per week following the food guidelines. All of that is good news for sure. I also felt healthier than I have for a long time.The bad news. The shakes are horrible- and by horrible I mean just absolutely wretched. I went on this regimen at the same time my chiropractor did, and even she couldn't get through the whole program with the shakes twice a day.The shakes come in Vanilla and Chocolate. The Vanilla is by far the worst. The chocolate is only marginally better. They have the consistency of sludge and a strange taste kind of like sawdust that you can't drown out no matter how many berries or bananas you add to turn it into a smoothie.As I said, I did this at the same time as my chiropractor. All of her office staff did it, and so did at least half a dozen patients. We all felt better after the first seven days and everyone had weight loss after the first seven days as well.We all agreed that the program delivered as expected or promised and the results were worthwhile. No one one in the group had a favorable thing to say about the shakes. A few considered the shakes to be distasteful but tolerable, while most just considered them disgusting and horrible.After a few days I absolutely dreaded making the shakes. I tried slowly drinking them and holding my nose and also tried drinking them as quickly as possible to get it over with. The shakes were hands down the worst part of this.Bottom line is that I probably wouldn't try this program again solely because of the shakes. My chiropractor came to the same conclusion and has decided not to offer the product out of her office going forward. She acknowledges that the results are worthwhile, but that there are other ways to arrive at that point that are not as offensive taste wise and more sustainable.

I am currently on day 5 of the detox. My nutritionist had me follow this but made a few tweaks. She had me eliminate all nightshade vegetables and added a cranberry lemon apple cider vinegar drink to my routine. I have lost 8lbs in 5 days and feel great. Yes these shakes are disgusting and chalky/gritty consistency. I tried adding cinnamon a couple times and then added my electrolyte powder to it with a little ice. Much easy to stomach. I also open the Pytocore and Alpha base pills into the smoothie since they are huge and I have a gag reflex... I have to say I feel amazing. I have Celiacs Disease and have felt horrible for a long time even though I eat pretty well. My brain fog has lifted and my gut feels great. I would definitely try again.
