Great training, time saving and effective
Great training, time saving and effective! I had lifted weights for over 20 years and my joints felt it plus I was having a hard time getting excited about my workouts, I tried this in 2 weeks I saw as much results as 2 months of weight lifting (you get out what you put in) and my joints are feeling so much better! no, I recommend this book to all!

As he has in the past, Marlon comes through with another excellent book. I personally love this sort of training....and this book is another one to add to my library.

Confusing.
Once again Marlon puts his foot in it and can't seem to get it out.Marlon has made a small fortune for quickly churning out his books and this alas is where his problem starts and stops.Yes he churns them out quickly and some if them have merit, a lot them are repeated in three or four of his books.Yes he's made a fortune for churning them out quickly, so he must be happy with that.Now the bad bit, his books can be very confusing, like this one, it is a big book, which is good but the program itself doesn't make any sense from the program at back of the book to his so called true story of how he came across it.This will confuse a lot of readers and I can see why.Has Marlon used weights, yes, for only two months like he said, no, for longer. How come he doesn't look like he does in his contest poses when he is instructing the moves. He has admitted that he knew and trained with Rick Wayne, a well known bodybuilder, so that says it all. Do I care, truthfully, no I don't, as long as the book is good.So this volume of Marlon' s work is very weak and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.A real rating of one star.

Wenig Neues, aber nicht völlig unnütz.
Ich bin aus verschiedenen wissenschaftlichen und persönlichen Gründen ein großer Fan von "Self Resistance". Auch habe ich großen Respekt vor Mr. Birch, der "self-publishing-mäßig" versucht, sein Wissen und seine Erfahrung mit der Welt zu teilen. Vor dem Hintergrund dieses Respekt sind auch die 4 Sterne zu verstehen, da ich niemanden mit einer gruseligen Bewertung davon abschrecken möchte, etwas neues, potenziell wertvolles zu lernen. Aber Fakt ist:- wer die vorhergehenden Bücher kennt lernt hier kaum Neues- der Schreibstil von Marlon Birch ist gruselig, ständig wiederholt er sich selbst, Probleme mit Rechtschreibung und Grammatik- die Fotos sind teilweise von miserabler Qualität- ungenaue und unpräzise, teilweise schlichtweg ungenügende Erläuterungen- wirklich neu ist lediglich sein 18-Wochen-Plan, der aber seine eigenen Kritikpunkte rechtfertigtAls jemand, der die Thematik kennt, müsste ich ehrlicherweise MAXIMAL 2 STERNE geben. Ich halte sein ganzes System aber für sehr sinnvoll und möchte Menschen, die von Self Resistance und ähnlichen Ansätzen noch nichts gehört haben, eine Chance geben dieses Kennenzulernen - quasi in die Ansätze dieser Trainingsmethode einzutauchen. Daher "offizielle" 4 Sterne, denn sonst schaut wahrscheinlich niemand mehr auf die Produktseite.
