Absolutely not. While this case is roomy for a Mini-ITX case, a Micro-ATX board needs a lot more space to the right of the connectors (looking from the back), and this case absolutely does not have that much extra space to that side. Also, even though your board is small for a Micro-ATX, I'm sure this case is not deep enough (front to back) either.
