I like the shipping was very fast which is definitely a plus it arrived on time and exactly when it said it would. I dislike that there is no safety warnings for safety instructions for handling. I guess if you’re buying pectic enzyme you should probably already know how to use it and what it’s for I assume. I use it for fermenting alcohol, break up any of the fruit pulp and turn into volatile sugar for the yeast . Seams to work just fine for me 🧐🤨
