Perfect Laptop
Purchased this for my 82-year-old neighbor who needs a laptop but just wants the basics. She checks her email, and banking, looks up things on Google, and does her online shopping. She required a bigger screen due to failing eyesight but prefers a touch screen as she's not the best typist. She absolutely loves this laptop. The screen is big enough and the clarity is outstanding. She easily accesses her apps and she tells everyone what a great laptop she has. Would highly recommend it for the basic user.

Best chromebook yet. FAST!!
This is an upgraded from my 6 year old chromebook. It does all the same things, just much faster. Connects to printer in 2 seconds. The video quality is great, I can keep it at a better quality, at least 720 all the time. It does connect to tv using a USB-C to hdmi cable or adapter not included. The speakers are by the keyboard, not under computer like last version, made for crappy audio. Overall it's a great chromebook, wish I had gotten it sooner.

Reasonably fast and simple, display lasted 3 months
It is an inexpensive computer that is works well on the internet with Google Chrome. The keyboard characters are kind of gray and there is not enough contrast to be able to see them except with direct bright light. The touch pad has no right click function (or clicking on the lower right does the same function as clicking on the lower left). I can hold the alt key with a left click to get the right mouse function. Or use an external blue tooth mouse. Many of the apps that are on the Google store for this computer work best in tablet mode. If I am in laptop mode the apps are not stable (they CTD) in full screen/re-sizeable so they are not as useful.Update:After three months of use the display is going bad. Black lines of dead pixels appear across the screen. A waste of money.

the touch screen is very brittle.And now there is no warranty
