Similar to other popular products but use AAA batteries
This is very similar to the z vibe but unlike that item which uses unusual batteries this uses AAA. The only thing I would say I don't like as much is the bear piece is smaller in this product.

Great replacement tips for oral motor issues
I’ve been impressed with how well these Special Supplies Buzz Buddy Tips have been working and how much they’ve been helping. My son’s lived on J tube feeds for the past 10 years and still does now. He takes nothing orally at all, no food, drinks or medicine. He has multiple medical problems that require tube feed that includes partial paralysis of his face that impacts his mouth among other medical diagnoses. He has limited feeling in his mouth including his lips, tongue and parts of his gums which prevents him from being able to effectively chew, swallow, brush his teeth and affects his speech as well. We’ve been starting to work with him to see if some of the oral motor and paralysis issues can improve even a little bit with therapy. These replacement tips for the Mouth Buddy are perfect for him and his needs! He’s also autistic which also has lead to other oral motor problems for him. This set includes 6 tips to provide sensory input for his lips, mouth, face and tongue as well. The different shapes and designs are perfect to help with even more sensory input. There are ones that are great for resting on his lips for a few seconds off and on as well as touching the outside of his face in the areas that are affected by the paralysis. There are tips that can he can try chewing on, ones that he can move across his teeth like you would with a toothbrush and even one to use as a spoon when that day comes for him to use a spoon. The different colors make them more appealing to kids. Anything that helps these to be more inviting is welcomed by me.The pricing on these are excellent. We have a Z-Vibe here for him. It’s also a helpful tool but it costs a lot more. He’s had his Z-Vibe for over 8 years so we decided to try these Special Supplies Buzz Buddy Tips along with the Special Supplies Mouth Buddy sticks they attach to and are sold separately. We have not been disappointed at all. I’d definitely recommend these Special Supplies Buzz Buddy Tips to others.

An excellent Buzz Buddy replacement tip set with a great zippered case …
The entire Buzz Buddy kit is targeted toward the individual who struggles with ASD or other developmental issues. I hadn’t seen anything quite like this before nor do I have any experience using one. However, reading the tips in the user manual and checking out the capability impressed me. There are a lot of uses and benefits to using a kit like this one for parents, caretakers, and educators to help young children. It’s meant for children ages 2+. This particular kit contains the replacement tips.It takes a single AAA battery (not included) and installation into the handle was easy. A simple touch or press to the Power / Speed button turned the Buzz Buddy on. It’s very responsive, something I appreciate. The LED indicator colors are very visible and so I knew which speed I had (low vibration, high vibration, or strong pulse vibration). Unlike one other product I used from this company, there were no disconcerting noises to deal with. The user manual is quite comprehensive and helpful. What I really liked was the section on Therapy Tip Options. Each tip was pictured in a line drawing accompanied by suggestions for use. For example, one suggestion for the Happy Bear Tip was that it could be used for “practicing jaw grading and biting precision.” It comes with a zippered hard-shell case for storage. Very impressed with this kit and would highly recommend it.

I got on accident
I ordered these thinking they were more of a chew sensory thing. I did not know it had to attach to something. I am still going to see if it works for my teenager as a chew thing.

Perfect for the buzz buddy
I do not have a buzz buddy YET because of the price, but I wanted to try these without it first until I can afford to get the actual buzz buddy. The quality of these is great, they can be chewed on without breaking and are VERY easy to clean. I have loved them and can’t wait till I can get the buzz buddy. My son had a stroke in utero which left half of his body with mild to moderate paralysis. We are very fortunate that the paralysis isn’t severe, but the most severe of it is in his mouth. He has full feeling, but very weak muscles in his lips and tongue that makes some letter sounds very difficult. We have been working with a speech therapist since he was 1 1/2 and the only time we are able to get him to correctly place his tongue is when there is something there that touches where his tongue needs to be placed, as well as for his tongue to touch. When I am able to get the buzz buddy, I know I will notice a lot more progress, but just these tips alone help for me to place them and give him a point of reference of where to put his tongue.

Not made well
Definitely would have been a choking hazard for any child with teeth. Not made well enough to be chewed on. Vibration is much too intense for most with sensory issues. Returned.
