I got this for my boyfriend since he’s always listening to audiobooks before bed, but it always disturbs my sleep. So with this, I found that it was extraordinarily considerate and he finds it very comfortable. I highly recommend.

The band is comfortable and the sound is good however, wearing it around the house doing stuff if I have my glasses on it doesn’t fit right and it pushes down on the corners of the glasses making it uncomfortable. I wear it when I go to sleep without my glasses on and it’s just fine but if you wear glasses, you might want to think twice about this one.

These are great, and as long as you're not a stomach sleeper they're very comfortable. My wife likes to watch TV at night, but I like it dark and listen to music, so these made a great compromise.

It is what it is. I buy another one as soon as the battery stops holding a charge, which is about three months of light usage. Cheap enough that it won’t break me and it is comfortable to use laying down in bed.

Battery lasts really long. I’ve had this for 6 months and use it almost daily. It’s still working great and I’ve washed it several times now. The material has held up very well. It’s great for sleeping and casual walking outdoors. You can still hear everything around you which I prefer. Only thing is, when I’m on the treadmill the volume is too low. Overall very happy with my purchase.

I mostly wanted this to serve two purposes: (1) to allow me to wake up before my infant and my toddler, since I can't set an alarm without them waking up too, and (2) to fall asleep listening to guided meditations and/or listen to ambient sounds or music in my sleep. I figured this would be the perfect solution to both, but it did neither.I went out of my way to download an app that allows you to set alarms that can only be heard through earbuds/headphones, and it kind of worked half the time at least. But the headphones wouldn't stay on my head all night. Not only that, but I'd wake up with bruises every night I tried them, like the one you see in the picture I attached (although I ended up getting three of those from where it would slip and the control panel part would just leave huge knots - and I'm not a rough sleeper, at all) because there's no padding whatsoever behind the hard plastic part inserted inside the headband. I even tried using safety pins to make it a little tighter, and it still kept falling off, slipping and getting caught around my neck, sliding under my pillow, and so on.Also, the audio can be heard super loudly by others, even at less than half volume for some reason. So when I'd set an alarm, it still ended up waking up my babies, despite the volume being low.Overall, I'm really disappointed that it didn't do anything it was supposed to, according to both the product description and the somehow insane number of positive reviews. And I'm also super frustrated that the nearest place for me to take it to return it is almost two hours away from where I live for whatever reason, so even after returning it I'll have lost even more than I'd spent on it, which is absolutely ridiculous.

Loves: easy to slip on, turn on, sound is just enough no one else can hear it, and it is soft material. The speakers are comfy and can be placed right by my ear or down a little to muffle the sound. The material is a spandex type stretchy and comfy. There is Bluetooth talking, so I can answer a call on it. It cuts out MOST the light. More on that later. It is small and compact. Perfect for travel and at home. The battery has lasted me 6 nights! And still going. So that is amazing.Dislikes: it is cheap material. It is soft and stretchy. I am wondering how I am going to get all the parts and pieces out to wash it. It doesn't block all the light. Enough, but not all . I wish the speakers were a little more adjustable. There is a pocket that they are in. I have a small head, and I want just a little more room to place the speakers. I wish the fabric was a little more sturdy instead of a spandex.That being said, I love it! Very pleasantly surprised with how long the battery lasts!

Worked great for me as a sleep headband for about 7 months, then abruptly stopped working. It either won't hold a charge, or won't stay connected to my phone - and finally stopped being discovered all together.Was relatively comfortable when side-sleeping, if your pillow has some cushion, sleeping on my back was best. I'm off to find a new one though now that it failed.
