Feels great on the eyes, use them at night & they definitely help me fall asleep faster but absolutely no scent. Bought the ‘lavender’ scent to find out there is no scent was quite disappointing. Instructions are all in Chinese also.

Take the mask out of the plastic wallet, then gently crush the mask, then flatten out. A bit confusing as instructions are oriental text. Was looking for elastic strap to go behind ears but found a piece of stretchy material attached to the back of the pads. Separate the material in the middle and press out the cut pieces and hook over the ears. A mild aroma when heating starts.Very soothing on the eyes.Do not dispose of while still hot, just in case of ignition of other substances

The ear pull out pieces not so good flimsy and snap before use maybe needs a little strengthening there

These are so soothing and comforting, they help me sleep and wake up with fresh eyes.

I have found these eye masks relaxing and pleasant to use. They heat up gradually as you wear them, reaching a very warm comfortable (for me) heat that lasts around 20-30 minutes. My eyes were comfortable after using these masks. I found that they helped with dry eyes as they produced a moist heat. I particularly liked how practical they are for taking on trips away, light to carry, hygienic (singal use) and easy to use.

Lovely concept and I only use these now and again, they’re nice however they get too hot to put on my eyes as they’re intended for, and the lavender scent isn’t noticeable at all for me…
