incredibly easy. Replay picture quality is excellent
I installed this in a commercial multi story condo building with cameras reaching about 2 floors down and also on the same floor but about 100 feet away. I didn't need to use the booster because the range was sufficient. I installed 5 of the 6 cameras in about 2 hours, incredibly easy. Replay picture quality is excellent. I had previously installed a Harbor Freight system, which was constantly freezing up and had poor range. But this kit was amazingly easy to install, great range even in a commercial concrete building, and great picture quality. For the price, I didn't know what to expect, but I have had no problems with this. I got lucky.

I have 2 sets running, does that tell you something
This is a great system as very easy to get set up and running. We have 2 setups and thinking about adding one more so our whole place is covered. The clarity of the views is great and we have had out first set for over 3 years and cameras have been out in the Arizona desert sun and heat as well as some rain. This is the only brand we trust and we have one other brand that is not impressive. We add cameras to this to have views and still need more. I won't be without these ever again, in this day and time.

When it worked I liked the system
This system isn't much different from others, it appears all cameras and NVRs are made in China and used the same software, I had high hopes that this system would solve my security problems. Unfortunately, we lost power and when it came back 3 of six cameras would not communicate with NVR, in spite of having power. I could not re-establish communications even using the ethernet and attempting to establish communications per instructions. I thought this was a US company but found my only communication available was via email and with 18 to 36 hour delay before a response. Eventually, after several days of communications, they sent a single replacement to see if that camera could communicate with the NVR, It did and they promised to send two additional cameras. While these were in route two more cameras lost communications, one of which the new replacement. When it worked I liked the system, customer support is a problem. I have returned it for a refund.

Great camera not so great app
The original install went very well. The display on the monitor is very clear. The night vision is amazing. However, the app to monitor the cameras remotely does not work at all on some phones and only works occasionally on others. Apparently, the issue with the Android app is a known problem, but we cannot find any word on a resolution. Also, when we ordered a 7th camera it would not sync at all. Even though the system should handle 8 total camera. That is also disappointing. The support is minimal and we have been struggling to find away to contact the manufacturer for assistance but have not been able to. We are not using the motion detection. The cameras are recording, which was one of the most important features. Just very disappointed at the lack of tech support, the lack of a functioning app and the inability to get an additional camera to sync.UPDATE: We have had this system for about a year now. For the most part, we have been happy with it, even though we could NOT get the app working consistently on our Android phones, but since that was not why we purchased the system, that's tolerable. However, recently we have had issues with the cameras going offline and not being able to see them on the monitor. We have tried several things and tech support is virtually nonexistent for this system. Based on these new issues, I would probably lower the original 3 stars to 1 or 2. The cameras tend to go off once it gets dark outside and typically come back by morning, but this morning only 2 of out 6 cameras are showing a display. I guess it is true that you get what you pay for...if you are looking for a system that is reliable and gives you remote viewing when not at home this is NOT the system for you. Also, we knew this, but to be clear the DVR is local, not cloud based, so if you did have a break in and they took the DVR there is no back up. I am increasingly very disappointed in this system.

Doing good so far..
So far it's been what I expected. Easy plug and play. All of the cameras are pre set as to which number they appear as on the screen, but that was easy to figure out as you just plug one in at a time before installing them and numbering them on the back with a marker. I'm using them as security at my fathers poultry houses, and there's a lot of metal, electronics, and a couple of walls to deal with. I'm having some issues with signal strength and video lag. I have some ideas as to how to help that, I just haven't had the opportunity to try them out yet. The app works well and has been easy to use. Not a top of the line system, but it's easy to install and run. I need to spend some more time with it to get all of the settings correct, but so far I'm pleased.

It does connect to the internet via wifi or ethernet.
This is my third system. I had two 4 channel systems prior; purchased in 2017 and 2018. I periodically had to replace a camera and power supplies on the older systems. All in all the dependability was instrumental in my decision to purchase the 8 channel system with the 2022 upgrade as a replacement. I think a larger monitor would be a major improvement. I see there is a 2024 upgrade. I found tech support to be spotty but competent.

Great product
Great system and even better customer service. I had a camera issue, one of the three IR lights stopped working and also an issue with the power supply. Within a week, they sent me a new camera and new power supply and the system works like a charm! Very good night vision and daytime clarity is wonderful. Great product, great customer service!

No good
I've had this system for about a year now and they've been nothing but trouble. Out of the box they were an easy install and set up but right away cameras would loose connection and they have to be taken down and plugged into the nvr via ethernet cable to reconnect. Customer service is horrible. They are only reachable by email and they only reply if and when they feel like it. Also after 6 months the power supply burned out. They did finally send me a new one but my cameras were down for 2 weeks. Overall very disappointed.
