I really enjoy how easy this supplement is to take. I already take so many pills with my current supplement regime, that taking a liquid is a nice change. I find that I’m more consistent with taking this because of its ease of intake. The taste is a little strong at first but nothing to turn me off of it.

It taste so nasty. Mine is without glycerin. It irritates my stomach. I have NO results. I don’t feel well after taking it. I will never buy it again. Don’t waste your money.

One of the best things about zinc is that you can easily tell if you are deficient when you take liquid zinc. If you taste nothing, you are low. If there is a metallic taste your levels are ok. I've bought other brands which had no added fake sugars or flavors which works. This brand has asked a sweetener so you can't tell. Will not buy again.

Just started using it. Put it in my water bottle so this k its ok and has no taste which is good.
