Q: How difficult is it to fold with the liner inside?

It is not very difficult to close with liner still inside. However, you can't use the closing clasp with the liner inside. It is very easy to put the liner in and out of the cart. I usually take it out, fold it up, and place it inside the cart when folding up the cart to store it or travel with it.

Q: Does the assembly required involve pins? Asking bc they tend to stick out and catch on things and just overall means cheaper quality imo.

Has pins but, you wrap them around the little cap cover part which, stops them from catching onto anything. Had this cart for a long time and used it often for Groceries, Laundry and take out stuff to dumpster and never had any issues of catching by pins at all ever by any of my uses of the cart. Best cart I ever bought. I bought many and all of them had one form or another of a headache to me about something. This cart has none!!!! Get this cart!!! It's investment will keep taking care of you, w/o worry, nor trouble.

Q: Cart tilts backward very easy. Anyway to add weight to the front? Maybe they sell a basket for the front?

Are you loading the back basket first? If so, you should load the largest section of the cart first, then the small basket on the back. If this isn’t the case I don’t know. I haven’t experienced this problem.
