BrooksMen's Ghost 15 Neutral Running Shoe

I run 3 miles 2-3 times a week. I am coming over from the Nike Pegasus line and I'm never gonna go back, decided after only one run. Here's why.The midsole is firm and stable on this shoe. It feels like a normal shoe, where the other shoes are a soft layer of that squishy gel stuff, leading to awful stability and doesn't offer any advantages (I believe). The gel did not add to comfort or prevent fatigue or soreness. Not by a long shot. After just one run, my legs feel much better than they usually do.Because of the firmer sole, its a more responsive run. It springs my foot forward better. Because it's a more stable run, I know where my foot is landing, which is on the sole of the shoe. (Yes, this was a major issue I had with 2 different generations of Nike Pegasus.) My foot wasn't moving around inside the shoe and I didn't need to worry about tying my shoes savagely tight to ensure that it did.Stability is a seriously way more important than fancy space aged materials.

I’ve had several pairs of Brooks Ghost shoes over the past few years. I no longer run but I do walk several miles each day. I have tried other brands that look like they should be comfortable for walking but they just don’t compare to Ghost. My only issue I have with these is they are breathable which is good but they easily allow water to absorb and get your socks and feet wet. Not good for walking or running in the rain or walking through wet grass. However, they are still the best shoe for walking in my opinion and running as well.

Brooks has outdone themselves. They're my favorite pair of running shoes, durable and made to last so you can put many miles on them. And from my first run, I felt the comfort and cushion on my heel. It might've been a placebo but I felt faster in them also as they helped with my foot strike and stride. All in, I'm glad I bought this pair of shoes. Brooks all the way from now on.

Fantastic Shoe.I've been wearing Ghost since version 9, when recommended them for my type of movement. The 15's were released at just the right moment. My 13's* were wearing out and I had a few weeks to break the new sneakers in before knee surgery. After the arthroscopic procedure, the Ghost 15 became essential in my recovery. After a couple of days of socks/slippers only I began to add pressure on the the knee. Wearing the Ghosts seemed to correct the leg into alignment and increased my overall comfort.

I don’t run, but I can walk up to 4-5 miles 5 days a week. I am so glad I found and bought a pair of the Ghost 15 Brooks shoes. It’s pretty light but as sturdy as a solid paid shoes can be. Upon its arrival, I immediately put it to the test and I must report that it did not disappoint. It wasn’t too cushy like other running shoes but provides the balance and sturdiness that shouldn’t make your feet get too achy after a long walk. If you’re a walker like me, you cannot go wrong with these shoes.

Very nice shoe. Unfortunately for me is creating a blister on my back upper heal do to its rigid structure in the back but once my healCorns I’ll be fine. Great for running, very comfortable and cushioned

I have owned many different pairs of running shoes for walking and jogging and these were the first pair that required no break in. Cushioned foot bed is comfortable and does not hurt my feet or toes after miles on the road. Gave 4 stars because, while light, they do weigh more than other running shoes I have tried. Overall, very good buy.

Been wearing brooks for 2 years now and it is a very durable comfortable shoe. I walk on concrete all day and this shoe does a great job. Last about 6 months vs nikes which only last me 2 months.

Wieder eine tolle Weiterentwicklung von Brooks, mit noch besserem Obermaterial. Wie immer bei Brooks fallen die Schue klein aus, also bitte mindestens eine halbe Nummer besser eine Nummer größe bestellen. Einfach ein toller Laufschuh mit Hausschuhgefühl

Me gusta, estuve dudando entre un 43 y 42’5, me decidí por un 43. Tengo un 42, pero en zapatillas deportivas necesito un poco más. A lo mejor hubiera bastado con el 42’5, pero me sujeta bien el pie y me encuentro cómodo, lo digo porque tenéis que tener cuidado con este aspecto

Scarpe molto morbide, calzano perfettamente e su strade asfaltate si cammina oppure si corre con estrema facilità. Le consiglio.

Habe den Schuh auf Empfehlung nach einer Kreuzbandplastik gekauft und muss sagen dass er hervorragend ist. Habe mit das allen „alten“ Schuhen nach Kilometer x noch leichte Probleme. Bei diesem fühlt es sich an als würde man fliegen. Ist sein Geld wert.
