Love it and I would recommend this product.

We have had a Thawing Board that we purchased quite a number of years ago in Italy; which we still use. The LOMUTY Quick Thaw Defrosting Tray Natural Thawing Frozen Meat, Miracle Thaw Defrosting Tray Original, Fast Meat Defrosting Plate Board for Fish with Four Silicone Corners Inside is a nice Thawing Board, but my only qualm is that I wish the corner lifts were built into the bottom of the Thawing Board. The Silicone Corners-lifts keep falling off. I just felt after having the previous Thawing Board for over 30 years, it was time to purchase a new one, although the old one still works very well; but again, my only disappointment is that I wish the lifts were built into the bottom of the board, instead of having the loose Silicone Corners. A good resolution would be to insert a hole in each of the Silicone Corners and also place a ¼ inch length post to insert into the hole of the Silicone Corners so they would stay in place; or even better would be to mold metal lifts on the bottom, which would give more room for thawing frozen items.Joseph D. Does not work like described. I put chicken thighs on here and 4 hours later they were still frozen at he same level the ones I put in the sink were. Snake oil.

THESE THAW TRAYS ARE WONDERFUL! they work! AND FAST!

I like using this my only complaint is the red corner don't stay on

So first picture fresh from the freezer two burgers frozen solid, split with a knife and placed on the tray. Set a timer for one hour. I figure it claims that it can thaw a steak in an hour so it should have no trouble with two burgers. Imagine my surprise when the timer went off and I went to find two thawed burgers. Yeah, I can't put what I said in the comments but I was surprised. The board itself was cold as ice. I removed the burgers and put in frig to cook later. Seems like the tray draws out all the cold from the meat thawing it. Going to try sausage links tomorrow. I can't imagine it not being able to handle them. Upside you can thaw meat quickly for dinner, down side no more excuses as to why you need to eat out because you didn't take anything out for dinner.

Four stars because this thawing tray Is not as efficient as the one I have had for over 25 years. But it did finally thawed out the meat.
