Worked perfectly for sound and energy absorption

This is a repeat order. I had great success with the first 2 bundles as I applied them to a workbench in the garage. I am now building a shop in the basement (To avoid the cold :) and will be on my expanded workbench. This is superior to Celotex ceiling tile for pins used in model plane building. I stagger the placement and tape them together so they are not permanent. Works great.

We put them up on our wall in our inventory room and by the next day some fell off the wall. The third day came and most of the squares fell off the wall, which cause corners to break off. Not happy on how much i spent for this to happen.

Created a corkboard to exact measurements of recess wall area. Unfortunately the adhesive did not hold to wall and squares began to randomly fall off damaging some necessitating fixes with glue and tack nails. Oh well. Perhaps some spray adhesive on the wall first would be advisable to ensure abetter hold.

If you purchase this for a wall, buy many extra 3M adhesive strips - There was enough included for 4 corners and middle but after 1 week every tile fell off the wall. The adhesive stuck to the wall well, it did not stick to the tiles.

This thickness was perfect for my project. The cost was very reasonable for me. The only advice I would like to give is, purchase an additional type of double sided adhesive as the ones included weren't working for me. There were enough in quanity, but they wouldn't stay very well on the surface I was attempting to install them on. Once they fell off, and hit the floor, they cracked at the corner. Otherwise...once I figure out which adhesive works well enough for me, I will be purchasing these again.
