Q: Is it compatible with rekordbox dj pro software that has built in light controls?

Sorry for the delay. IDK about Rekordbox, but it works grt with Serato and the new VDJ engine.

Q: Has anyone had success in connececting one of these units to a PoE switch? I have tried 2 different switches and neither will power this unit.

Please use 48Volt's support 802.3AF switch. Generally, the switch supports 802.3af and 802.3at at the same time. Secondly, confirm your POE's power supply rules that we only support 1 2 3 6 pins power supply

No.the artnet box does not support RDM
