Stories We Never Tell

Never Loose faith and keep Tackling the problems
The book is fantastic. A story of hope, recovery, self-acceptance, and self-love. A story that can bring the lost hope for recovery. A right blend of friendship, love, hope, healing, self-acceptance, and self-love. I would recommend this book to everyone, especially those who are trying to recover and finding hope and those who are finding it hard to accept themselves and love themselves.Savi ma'am does it again. This wonderful woman quit CA to become a story-teller and no one can deny the fact that she has done a great deal of justice to her decision. She stormed the literary world with her first three novels and became an instant sensation garnering a huge fan base. She is back with a fantastic story of darkness, destruction, hope and recovery.“Stories we never tell” revolves around the lives of two characters Ahsray and Jhanvi; how a trail of darkness and destruction intertwines their destinies; and how they fight and recover their demons.Jhanvi is a social media celebrity and influencer who has grown, believing that perfection is the key to a happy life. She craves perfection and believes that it is defined by the statistics of her followers and the content she posts in social media every day. As her celebrity status grows, she gets addicted to alcohol. After a series of events, she ends up in a hospital after being found unconscious on her apartment floor by her friend. Upon the insistence of her parents, Jhanvi promises to visit a psychiatrist for her problems.Ashray is adopted from an orphanage, as a child, by a single mother. He shares an unshakable bond of love with his mother. He dreams of getting the perfect job, moving to a new house with his mother and finding the love of his life. Life gives him everything he desires. Just as he seems to be happy and satisfied, it strikes him cruelly with a double blow and takes away everything. Unable to handle the pain, Ashray suffers from recurrent panic attacks and is made to visit a psychiatrist for his problems. The two characters get acquainted with each other during their regular visits to the psychiatrist. How they form a deep bond of love and how they help each other to conquer their demons, in a fantastic journey of hope and recovery forms the rest of the story.Savi Sharma has adopted a different kind of narrative for this story with alternating chapters of Ashray’s and Jhanvi’s life. They do cross paths as strangers before they get acquainted and the author beautifully scripts those moments. Towards the end, two chapters are allotted, one each for Ashray’s friend Rishi and Jhanvi’s friend Kaviya. This is a masterstroke by Savi Sharma. As these two characters travel throughout the story gaining the readers’ admiration for the things they do for the protagonists, the two chapters giving a view of their relationship with the main characters are very touchy and satisfying. And surprisingly, she dedicates a section for the psychiatrist, which does make a good read but doesn’t give much to the readers’ emotions. The one thing admirable about Savi Sharma’s writing is that she never westernizes the relationships in her novels. Into her fourth book now and I have not read one thing about lust or sex. She deals with the emotional bonding of the relationships rather than the romantic bonding. She deserves to be commended for this, as the concept of love and relationships are highly skewed and westernized in most of the novels by Indian authors. On the whole, “Stories we never tell” is yet another riveting tale of how the human mind can recover from the darkest of phases with the right kind of support from the correct type of person. I would recommend this book to all my loved ones.

I am giving 4 stars for this book
I just completed reading this book. I loved it so much because I was able to feel the emotions of Ashray and Jhanvi. It felt so real and I was submerged into the story and it's characters. Rishi is my favourite in this story. The post breakup emotions of those characters are very realistic. At some instances I felt the story was boring. As a whole, this book is amazing and the story is amazing. Among your other books, I've read this one only. Though the story was easily predictable, I am damn sure that you will enjoy reading this one with some twist and turns and surprises.

"The pain does pass, even if it felt like it never would."♥️
Stories we never tell | Savi sharmaReviews : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"It is okay to be less than perfect. Reaching out and seeking help is not weakness. It is strength."♥️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀✨Gripping story!Even after a few days of reading it, this book had left a great impact on my mind. It tells how nowadays if people get started being an influencer on social media, tend to leave the real life behind which do nothing good to them but leave them isolated.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀🍁How being socially perfect means a lot to people. Putting their real life friends, families and all aside. They get lost in a social world. Forget to eat, talk, have fun 'in real life' and so much more. Obviously, it's a good platform - but, as long as it do not crept in to your real life and make the 'real life' blur. Few likes or comments makes you not see how your health is dropping down - Oh wait! FILTERS! How can we forget them?! Just one click or slide and there you go! Makes you look perfect and beautiful. But why not try to look healthier and prettier in real life? It should be first on your list!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀~⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀💮Moving on to the book!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀🍃There are 2 main characters - Jhanvi and Ashray. Two completely different person living differently. They have a hell of complicated things in their life. Jhanvi is a social influencer whereas Ashray with hardwork and determination made his dreams come true and soon to get a job.Serendipity! How in a jiffy they could have lost it but handled at the right time or maybe not?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀🌿Their journey is heart aching and I am sure you're going to feel them while reading the book. Also, We really do require much more friends like Rishi and Kavya.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀🌸I must say Savi Sharma has really evolved as a writer. I've read all her books and I really liked this one more.I loved Ashray's character more. It was different from her earlier books.

Awesome as always 🙌
First of all, Take a bow🙌 MA'AM. You're such a magician with a stick in hand people call a pen. You're ruling over my bookshelf with all four of your magnificent books. The way you express everything in such an amazing combination of letters is truly exceptional. I fell in love with your words from the very first day i read your book 3 years ago. I found them so relatable every time. Now, about the book "STORIES WE NEVER TELL". This is truly a masterpiece by a master of words. I felt every bit of love you defined in this gem, the love of family, friends and of course soul partner as well. I felt every emotion you described the book and I'm not feeling ashamed of myself admitting that i end up in tears on the page no 146. I felt that pain like it was my own. And the comeback by the duo with the help of their friends, family and Mr. Shyam was fantastic. I hope everyone out there find their Kavya and Rishi. But in the end, to be honest, I felt a little bit sad seeing that the story of Ashay and Jhanvi together, ends so soon. Because i wanted to see how they healed each other while coping with their own pain and fighting with their own demons. But I hope this is not the end of the story yet. I hope this book too have a sequel like your first one. Please keep writing and inspiring us by your words.Love,A fan of your words as well as your smile.😊
