I've wanted one of these for a very long time, but the money always seemed needed somewhere else. Finally I went for it. It's a good, satisfying size. And as for its hidden colours to be found in good lighting, one side has glimmers here and there while the other entire side appears in beautiful blues as you turn it this way and that. It's gorgeous.Then I promptly lost my balance and crashed it against the sink! It left a big chip out of the bottom of my labradorite. I placed an order for a replacement within minutes!Edit. The replacement turned up promptly and here’s a picture. Lovely!

My stone had good markings on one side only. It's the nature of the stone to be different every time.

This is my favourite stone and I delight in the differing colours seen at different angles. I would have loved it to be bigger but all in all a good buy.

Nice size looks nothing like the picture mine looks like a navy blue stone with a faint hint of a shimmer.Not what I was hoping it would be when it arrived too plain looking compared to the pictures. Misleading in appearance in my experience.

I liked how big this stone is. Often they are really small. I don't have very big hands, but it is still a good size. I'm very pleased with the quality. The colour shows up better on the Amazon photo, because my lighting isn't that good.
