I have suffered from chronic rhinitis for years and my congestion issues always get worse during cold weather. Afterrunning across SinuFlux nasal irrigation system, I decided to give it a go as I'm tired of the manual squeeze bottles. It was my first powered nasal irrigator and... it worked! It came with a nice packaging box and was very easy to set up. I like the customizable nozzle & tip set, so I can find the one that fits my nose nicely. The water volume was strong enough for me to feel that my nose is getting a throrough flush, though I do recommend people to start fromthe lowest setting first. I like howI can now apply a constant water volume vs using a squeeze bottle and breathe better after uses. Overall it was a great purchase!

First, I really like this product, and if you have the money, I recommend it over others. Having said that, I gave the product 4 stars for two main reasons: The product comes with literature that is helpful to a point. The literature explains pretty well how to use the product, but it also misleadingly states they have an email, a web address for registering the product, and an FAQ page. None of these web addresses work. None of them seem to be real. There is no way to contact the company that makes this product, register your device, or get further information. Additionally, the literature gives you ZERO information on how to clean the unit/machine itself after use. I am guessing as best as I can on how to clean it. This is my second Sinuflux Nasal Irrigator; my first one began leaking after a year of use, and eventually leaked so badly after about 15 months of near daily use that I had to order a new one. I tried another brand in between, and I didn't like it, so despite the lack of customer service availability, I ordered another one of these. In short, I can recommend the product. It may only give you one to 1 1/2 good year(s), AND there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, but if you can live with that, it IS a good product.

I bought this product to replace my irrigation system of another brand after it went kaput following many years of reliable use. I hate this thing. It technically "works," but I have to jiggle the entire unit to get water to flow and, when it does flow, the highest setting is a little more than a trickle. There are other brands out there. Don't waste good money on this one.

The media could not be loaded.  My ENT doctor has recommended me to rinse my nose regularly as a natural relief for my sinus issues so I got this product. I found sinuflux irrigation product user-friendly and was able to get a hang of it very quickly. The water flow is gentle and has a pulsating feeling with it. I was very shocked to see how much mucus and dirt sometimes in the water coming out of my sinus. For now it is effective and works well, I will post back if I notice anything.

I purchased this Nasal Rinse for my husband. He used it for 6 months than the flow control only worked on low. We went to the website of the dealer and there was no website anymore. There was a three year warranty, so I went back to Amazon and they help me get back some of our money. We really appreciated Amazon for helping us.

I expected just a little more water pressure but if you are patient it does the job. I got spoiled with the clinic visits. Their units are twice as strong. However, this unit makes the ordeal just a bit longer.

very low power motor, which gave out after only 3 months, using it only for a couple of minutes daily. Just trash.
