Good quality - works great
The media could not be loaded. Plenty of good hardware for hanging, and holy cow what a workout. The video is of my first day with the heavy bag, but since then I looked up some videos on YouTube about how to exercise properly and train properly with the bag. I recommend doing the same. Overall I'm very satisfied. Just stuffed it with a bunch of old clothes and it works great.

Can’t beat the price
So far so good we stuffed it with old clothes and it’s working great. If we get a year or two outta it we’ll worth the price.

Having everything
I love my boxing set only thing is I wish it came with the sand but puttting old clothes and blankets does help. It was easy to get in the ceiling had everything that was needed.
