Ah-So Chinese Style Sauce, 15oz - 4 Unit Pack

I grew up in Newbedford Ma. and this sauce was always in our pantry. The best way to make chicken thighs with this sauce is to pre heat oven to 350• make large cuts into the meat so the sauce can penetrate the chicken (no need to season chicken). Place chicken into a large bowl and toss in AH-SO sauce (be sure to get sauce into the cuts of chicken) Then place into seasoned skillet, then in oven, bake until cooked then up the heat to 400• leave untouched until chicken darkens on one side then flip over and do the same on the other side. The sauce will thicken and become darkened. Reduce the sauce until chicken is fall off the bone. base chicken with sauce. The result should look like the chicken in the photo. So delicious and succulent just like Chinese food. I highly recommend this. Enjoy.

I have purchased this product before in the glass jars and we love it and I think the plastic will be better for us as we won't have to use and extra bowl to put it on the pork.

I had completely forgotten about ah so sauce when I moved south 20yrs ago. I beelined for it when I flew home last year and brought home as much as I could, getting my entire family hooked on it. When we ran out it was a very sad day, but amazon came to the rescue! This is the real deal folks, the taste is perfect and it gets so sticky when baked - you have to try roasting some pork coated in ah so sauce! YUUUUM!

This is the Best BBQ and is the closest to tasting like Asian BBQ spare Ribs or Short Ribs. I have been looking for this since our Bilo Grocery store closed down and m so Greatful I can get on Amazon. You have to try. I now do my steaks ,chicken and pork with this.....

I have purchased this stuff for many years. I live in Idaho so the only time I could get my hands on this great stuff was when I would go back east on business trips. I would buy six at a time that would last me a year. This is some of the greatest dipping and cooking sauce you could ever imagine!

I moved out of New England 10 years ago and have been looking for this in local stores only to find out its a New England thing... Well I was craving it and found it to my delight on amazon. I was concerned not being in the glass jar that it would taste differently, to my surprise it tasted just as I remember!!!! So happy with this purchase when these 4 bottles run out I will DEFINITELY be purchasing more!!!!! One very happy customer here!!!
