the clamp is a standard 2 hole fitting, so should not be a problem the hole centres are app 4 1/8 inches

It is a standard sized bracket and clamp and requires two M10 hexagon or coach bolts with self locking nuts (washers optional). The length of the bolts is dependent on the width of the chassis member. Allow an inch to accommodate the bracket, washer and nut.

I had it on Swift 540 and recommended for my car was no more than 110KG , the weel is only ever used for moving the van on site , , before legs are lowered , so it will be fine for 150KG
