Not plug and play
This unit was far from plug and play. We did all the downloads as recommended,as required before use, it was also said not to use the cable it came with as it was having issues for other users, we also tried this. We followed youtube video, not just one but 3 still would not work. After 3 days of trying everything, checking many forums to see if we could find anything that would help. Seems many users are having same problem. We sent it back and got the Beloader Besavior U5 which worked after a few tweaks, I would recommend this unit instead.
