Q: Do they come with individual velvet bags?

No they don't,all four come in a velvet case.

Q: Are these made in the USA?

Well I purchased these awhile ago, so I no longer have them in hand to check. But when I looked at some other reviews from this seller, the buyer stated that the items arrived quickly from New York to California. So it seems that the seller is based in New York, but we do know that doesn't mean that the product is from the US. Just wondering why it would matter, the product is so beautiful and reasonably priced, you really can't go wrong.

Q: How many small urns are in a package?

I purchased these about two and a half years ago when my husband died. At the time I received four small urns in a package. God bless you.

Q: Is urn sc-an1611 sift-proof to prevent release of ashes?

No. We sealed it but we also kept the ashes in the bag. We did not open the bag and empty the ashes into the urn.
