Highly recommended.
Pickling lime highly recommended. I use it for water glassing eggs. I used 1 oz to quart of water. Mixed until diluted thoroughly. Poured over clean unwashed eggs. Does as it should.

As described
As described. I used it for water glassing eggs. Be careful when opening as the lime powder can float easily and can irritate hands or skin. Would buy again.

Used it for nixtamalization. Does what it supposed to do. However: the bag has a reusable zip - but the seal is below this reusable closure. Hence it is not usable. Flaw in design of the bag. Otherwise - the content is as expected.
