Q: What does level 5 mean? How strong?

This blue pattern belongs to our Model C4 food grade cut resistant gloves which qualifies EN388 standard 3X4XD and ANSI A4. It needs 1500-2199 grams to cut thru the gloves fabric. There are 2 different cut resistance standard: ANSI vs EN388 1: ANSI- American National Standards Institute, cut standard from A1 to A9。Measured by TDM Test, a vertical blade moving forward and backward to cut the gloves fabric sample. Measured by grams. 2: EN388, Euro standard. Measured by Coupe Test, a rotating blade to cut the glove fabric sample. Measured by newton. Indexed from Level 1 to Level 5. We have A2 and A4 available now. and there will be A9 available soon. ( A9 is the highest level from ANSI, we have meat processing factory client using the A9 cut Resistant gloves and sleeve) These gloves are supposed to prevent accident injuries during work. DO NOT cut your hand with knives on purpose while wearing these gloves.
