Is that rear blad? If so ,does it fit on Suzuki sx42007?

It fitted on the front of my Mazda. It's a hook fitting so if it's the right size and right fitting it'll work on the back of a car too.

Hi I’ve managed to fit the wiper easily onto the adaptor which is part of the wiper blade but there is another adapter in the box what is that for ?

Usually comes with various adapters to fit other makes and models of cars ! So if wiper is fitted you will discard the remaining adapters!
