Yes, you can buy cheaper, but you can't buy better. I've used these Tiger extra-capacity pockets for years and have just ordered another 200. I write a lot of poetry and short stories for children and because of the way I work, I always end up with a bunch of new ideas for each weekend's writing challenges that have been suggested by pupils. This leads to documents of many A4 pages turned into simple booklets. As shown in the images, I keep my own copies filed in these Tiger pockets ... never fewer than two to a pocket and sometimes with additional resources (also as shown in one photo).It's astonishing how many pages each pocket can hold without becoming deformed and without distorting the paper.The only minor downside is that your file binder is slightly narrow, the edges of these wider pockets can extend beyond the covers of your file. But that isn't a real problem and is very easily overcome.There really is no point in buying cheaper because other makes of pocket can either be thinner and less robust or not quite as 'extra capacity' as you hope.Tiger's claim about pockets holding up to 40 sheets of A4 is perfectly true. To repeat my review title . . . I wouldn't dream of using another brand.
