Genuine Garmin product at price of Chinese rubbish copy one. Wanted spare as the holder design does look rather weak although so far after over a year the original one has lasted.

Sturdy
The original I got for my sat nav, was week and kept falling from the screen.But this one is stable, no vibration, and brilliant suction.Well recommend.

Well made a genuine Garmin product
The trouble with review is you need to compare with another product but anyway it's well made and dos the job well. I have the Garmin Camper LMT-S which is quit big but it seem secure on the windscreen and hasn't fallen off yet. I now have the Garmin "Portable friction mount" which I find very stable and convenient to us.

A great replacement or additional mount for a second car.
Arrived in just a couple of days via Royal Mail, hassle free. Genuine Garmin box and item, quality piece of kit at a good price for Garmin original. Fitted straight to my nuvi and back onto my windscreen. A prefect replacement for the mount that came with the nuvi, (recently left in place in an Italian hire car oops!)

Not Universal.
Garmin make two "Universal" holders! This was the wrong one for me so cannot comment on it's use. Make sure it is the correct "Universal" one for you. Amazon accepted the return with no problem.

Good quality.
If your're going to get a holder for your Garmin, get this one. I recently bought a version that was half the price of this one and that one is now in the bin, having lasted four uses before snapping. This one is more solid and stays on the windscreen much better. You get what you pay for.
