These days you can't expect much for $36. The strap looks nice and it comfortable, but look at my picture. The black bottom layer is leather, but the top "tooled latigo" is nothing but imprinted plastic. Time will tell, but my impression is with regular use, as the leather bottom layer stretches ba little, the thin plastic top layer will begin to split along the edges

These guitar straps are beautiful, great quality and thick! I purchased 3 of these in different styles . Great quality and workmanship. The only difficulty is the thickness of the leather makes it impossible to use without enlarging the mounting holes! I use strap locks which makes it easy to remove the strap when putting the guitar in the case!

This is a beautiful guitar strap. I am using it on my natural wood thinline telecaster and it's a stunning complement to it. The strap is wide and has some padding. It's very comfortable and it feels good on. It has two holes for adjustability, although they are a bit snug. It was difficult to get the strap on at first, and you may need to widen the hole length (I did not have to), but I feel good knowing my guitar is secure on the strap.
