Great helmet; Narrower fit
The helmet looks amazing. The inner lining feels high quality as well. It's a little tight on my cheeks, but I'm told they'll squish down with time. I had to send it in for warranty as there's some damage on the inside and it's too narrow at the crown, but Bell customer support is hands down just the best. They helped me out with an issue without even requesting a purchase invoice. Not many companies will go that much of an extra mile.Something of note. If Bell helmets fit you nicely previously, take their statement that they redesigned the helmet to make it smaller and more refined to heart. The large in the Bell qualifier fit me perfectly and the large in this helmet felt like my head was being pinched above my ears. I sent it in for a replacement in a size up, XL. I'll report back if it fits as good as my other helmet or if there's too much slop with a larger size. I expect the increased number of shell sizes plays a part as well, as the helmet might be more true to size than the qualifier. In either case, just know that the internal width at the crown is a little bit narrower than their other helmets. I'd recommend test fitting if you can but if that isn't an option pick a reseller with a fair return policy.[EDIT]Bell sent me a replacement helmet with minimal hassle. The XL fits great as well. You can also buy or call Bell support to get different sized cheek pads if the fitment is still too tight or loose, but the cap of the helmet fits way better one size up. I can't talk enough about how great the Bell customer support team is. One of the best in the business.

Very good helmet
This is not Bell’s highest end helmet. As a matter of fact, I’d say it is the entry level of their high end helmets. That said, it is a very good compromise between price and features. Yes, the Race Star is lighter but at a much higher price. When you consider that the transition shield is included as standard, the price really isn’t too bad.The transition shield, BTW, makes this helmet almost the perfect street helmet. I bought mine for the race track but to be able to have a single shield for both day and night riding, makes this helmet a great choice. I personally believe it is a better choice that the helmets with the drop down internal visors. Sure, you also only need a single shield for both day and night riding, but my opinion is you are sacrificing some level of protection to have the internal drop down visor.I think this helmet is a solid choice for all type of riding.

Unsafe helmet.
Outer shell arrived cracked. It's a small crack. However, this is unacceptable for a safety product. This could kill someone in an accident. Glad I never tried riding with it. I will edit this review based on how the seller handles the feedback.

Ouch, my cheeks and cheekbones!!!
The helmet has only been used for about 30 miles so far, but while I was expecting a tight fit for a new helmet, this one is almost intolerable in the squeeze it puts on my cheekbones. I'm about 190 lbs., male, and have had many helmets over the decades, including Bell, which has been my favorite brand. This is an XL size, so it shouldn't hurt to wear. However, it is so tight that it causes my cheeks to push up and begin interfering in my vision! I can't do anything about it except to see if it will relax over time. I certainly am not going to try and pack something in the helmet to stretch or modify the helmet's cheek pads, since I am concerned I could compromise the safety and other quality aspects of the helmet. The manual says the cheek pads are sized and interchangeable, so perhaps Bell would support me in this issue.I haven't used the helmet in sunlight yet, so I can't vouch for the transitions, or darkening/lightening, of the "Panovision" shield. But it does a somewhat fair job of resisting fogging, with things just appearing a little granular instead of foggy. Not the best, and a double shield with a seal would probably be better, but that would have costed more, especially with a transitions screen add-on, than the roughly $500 I paid for this helmet in November, 2022.The vents seem to work well, but again this is a preliminary review and I haven't had time to put the helmet to much use yet. As for the vents, it's almost winter at the time of this writing, so I'm using the vents at first to clear warm, moist air after starting the ride, then closing the vents to stay warmer. I also haven't tested the "chin curtain" for removabiility, and will need to see why and how to remove it. The "Neck Curtain" doesn't seem to be a separate thing as the manual shows, so I'll have to check that out in more detail. The small owner's manual needs improvement. Many of the pictures show components as black-on-black, almost no contrast. This is any photographer's challenge, of course, but a larger format with a close-up of components in high, contrasting light would greatly improve the quality of the pictures. So for this initial review, my chief complaint is about the great discomfort the helmet causes on the cheeks. When I write an update, I hope I'll have some good news. Other than that major complaint, I think it's a good helmet.

The improved vision is a game changer for Bell!
Amazing upgrade from my previous helmet Bell Revolver with mips and auto darkening shield. The wend noise when venting is high but tolerable. The airflow though is very good. Your ears will get a good tug but once the helmet is on the fit is very nice. My XL fit as expected. Aerodynamics is spot on! I ride a XDiavel with no windscreen. The panoramic lens and added vision from the enlarged face opening are great! You’ll notice the improvement immediately. The looks 100/100!

Great helmet
Great helmet! Do you research, the helmet fit exactly as advertised and has been great. I've tried cheaper alternatives in the past and was not impressed. This helmet is exactly what I was looking for. Cheek pads are tight, but they do break in with some time.

Helmet size is little smaller than other Bell helmets
I have 5 different bell motorcycle helmets and I usually wear size M. This helmet is little smaller than other bell helmets. It's more narrower than other because of MIPS I guess. I like the helmet though

Wish something could be done
Paid good money but the tabs inside for the pads end up breaking
