Not for use in the UK
I should have read the reviews before I bought the Keurig coffee maker. The plug is for the USA and not UK. I am just hoping that I do not have to pay to return the product.I returned the item 9 days ago and no sign of my refund. I will be insisting on a refund to return the item as it cost me £35 to return with Parcel Force, that was the cheapest option.

Only for use in North America - not suitable for UK
Why on earth would Amazon.co.uk sell something that cannot be used in the UK. Because I found it on the UK site I assumed it would be okay for use - nothing was mentioned in the specs that it would come with an American plug - my first hint was that it was shipped from the US. It was to be a gift, but now has to go back. You need to mention in the specs that it comes with a US plug only.
