This is so delicious! I boil 1 cup water, heat 1 cup vanilla almond milk, 1 tsp reishi cacao powder, and 1 tbsp maple syrup, mix all together with a frother and it's sooooooo yummy 😋

Not that impressed. I realize it is meant as a healthier alternative to coffee but I just couldn't stomach it enough even for an occasional alternative. I do feel it provides a similiar buzz as coffee but I was unable to add enough milk or sugar to keep it relatively healthy and tasting enjoyable. For some the mushroom drinks are commonplace and I've no doubt this will live up to your expectations but if you are new to the mushroom craze you might want to really lower your expectations before diving into this. Maybe try a sample somewhere before diving in head first like I did.

Purchased as a night time beverage to help settle the senses before bed. It has a mild taste and is palletable when made with water or milk. You do need to temper expectations - don’t expect this to be Swiss miss hot chocolate because it isn’t - it is a health beverage. I do notice I fall asleep faster and sleep very soundly when drinking this before bed. You also should drink this about an hour before you want to be asleep. You don’t want to fight off the benefits of relaxation this beverage provides. Sim & enjoy!

Great hot cocoa. I prefer this over any instant store brands, but I couldn't really tell if It helped me relax. Worth a try for the taste alone and the adaptogenic benefits of mushrooms

I’ve been consuming Blume for several years. So when I find a good price I snag it. I drink this mostly warm-hot in the evenings. Helps get me ready for sleep.

This review is an out the reishi hot cocoa and green matcha latte. The hot cocoa does not taste good to me. Upon opening, a strong cinnamon smell came out of the bag. It already smelled unappealing. I thought maybe it doesn’t taste as bad as it smelled but the taste was not much better. I do enjoy a splash of cinnamon but this is too much for my taste! I suggest to only buy this product if you are really in love with cinnamon!!! Their matcha latte tastes good but you need to use a lot to get a strong matcha taste.

When I tell you I add this to my smoothies and to my tea and coffees- ah! so good. I love the Hot Cocoa blend but I also the pumpkin and the salted caramel- all 3!- on hand at home, because they are that good! I'm vegan & gluten free and these are so yummy and perfect because I get so tired of taking vitamins but I can shake this into smoothies and tea and coffee. The flavors are delicious! Love this so much. MUST HAVE.

Good as an add-in to coffee or latte. Not so tasty as a stand alone drink.
