I purchased these for my son’s upcoming rehearsal dinner in September. He is a fire fighter that loves ALL things outdoors so I was looking for something a little rustic but not TOO woodsy keeping his fiancé in mind too and these fit the bill! They are just a shade off white but still look perfect with the white & black buffalo plaid table runner I am using. I used the white with the smaller silver bands for my daughter’s wedding several years ago and I actually had guests stacking them up to be washed they are so sturdy and nice looking and these are the same. These are not a bright gold, more of an antiqued gold with some bright gold highlights so that is why the gold plastic flatware and gold rimmed glassware still works with them. You can’t go wrong with these, for the price or style. I think you will be pleased with both!

Great choice
These plates were a great addition to my holiday table for two events! Everyone thought they were real plates! So much so that one of my guests put one in the microwave! (Which I would not recommend)

Nice study product
Nice study product. They are beautiful and don’t look like plastic plates. I would definitely purchase these again. The gold is more antique like so if you’re buying napkins don’t go with a shiny gold however with a darker napkin the gold disposable cutlery will look good.

Pretty and recyclable!
I used these plates for an 80th birthday luncheon and received many compliments on them. I liked them so much that I will order more for late night snack at my daughter's wedding in the summer. They are lightweight but sturdy.
