Good price, solid support, non-slip.
I was looking for a solid, sturdy, set of wedge blocks for working out. These are just that. Very sturdy and versatile. I can use them for many different exercises or stretches. I have knee pain stemming from 28 years in the Navy, 20 of which I spent walking on metal ship decks and ladders. These instantly lessened or got rid of my knee pain while performing certain exercises like squats. They also allowed for more range of motion and better form. I like the ability to choose which angle to use. The ship gym is always cold and humid. My foot did not slip, even while damp. Definitely recommend buying a set to add in to your work out.

Best Value Squat Wedges
I was looking for something to do heel elevated squats. If you’re not familiar they are a squat variation that strongly targets the quadriceps as well as strengthening the knee joint. I was originally using plates under the feet, which work but are a pain to balance on. These wedges provide much stronger support.Which elevation you want to accomplish this is dependent on you’re own body structure and preference. The fact that these wedges can adjust is very nice. The top brand name options are either slant board guy or rogue. Both are twice as expensive and have a fixed elevation with no adjustment available. These wedges are solid metal and feel very sturdy. The range of adjustment should allow you to do w/e you need. The highest angle feels quite extreme. Unlikely you would need something greater. They come with grip tape you can apply to the foot surface. It provides a nice friction for your shoes.I would say the only thing I would prefer is one larger wedge instead of two smaller ones. Probably simpler to get one thing in the right position than two. But overall I think this product is the best value.

Convenient and Handy Gym Necessity
Kinda heavy to pack, but it's sturdy and durable. I'll toss it on the floor for leg day and it's definitely been a great addition to my gym bag. You can have 3 different heights based on how you stack them, but I'd assume there are more, but I only use them in 3 different positions. Not all the gyms have these, so it's easy to toss in my bag and go. I've had other people at the gym ask me where I got them from top. 10/10 highly recommend.

Very sturdy.
These are built to last. The mechanism for changing the heights is a little sticky but once you have it locked into place there's no worry of the lever slipping out. I used the grip tape on mine and my shoes grip them nicely. These have helped me immensely in getting a deeper squat however, as you put more weight on the bar the situation can get a bit dicey getting your feet placed on each of the wedges before you begin your set. I ended up purchasing a larger, one-piece wedge from Rogue. Heavier and more expensive but now I can just walk back onto the wedge without looking down to place my feet 😎

Good size
I thought these might have been to too short, but your forefoot is on the ground so only your midfoot and heel are up on the pads. They aren't that steeply angled so I've only used them with the full height. Because of the 2 piece design it does take a little more effort moving them, but not a big deal.

Very sturdy and adjustable wedges
I’ve used these wedges for about 1 month now. The are very sturdy. I’ve done squats with 225 lbs on my back. So the total weight so far they held was 455 Lbs and no issues. Great product.

Tough and handy
Dislike? Nothing! Loved these babies. Guess they are made of iron or steel, don't know, but do know that these will last my entire life; 5 different levels you can use so that makes them extremely practical; have been using them for quads, hammies and stretching.Would not doubt in buying them again.

Perfect addition to my workouts!!
If you do anything elevated (heel or toe), these will be a game changer. My gym doesn't have any wedges to use so I had been using a plate. Well that is ok but now that I have these, I will never go back. The ability to use 3 different heights is so nice because there are things that I just need a little elevation and other things I want a lot. These are sturdy and heavy. I don't see them breaking down after long use or anything else.

Best there is in the market!
This product is well thought of. The anti skid sticker mat, the guide or level at the back, the manual and the quality of the construction is beyond any other in the market. I've initially purchased the cheapest Foam Wedge and had to buy 2 sets for both my legs which pretty much amoints to $30 less than this product here but returned it right away as soon as I realized it was made of styrofoam which will eventually degrade overtime. I found this and was impressed with its feautres. Ordered it and was blown away how well this was made when I received it. I am not a paid reviewer here but I just want to give credit to the seller for this. Highly recommended.

Expensive (IMO) for rubber wedges but worth it in a way
With a new diagnosis of hip arthritis (despite being less than 50yrs old) I was/am determined not to let that stop me being mobile and active. Seeing as full range squats are one of the best ways to strengthen the whole lower body I wanted to make them part of my long term fitness plan. After considerable research I worked out the difficulty I have in doing squats was more due to ankle mobility issues than hip issues. Why wait weeks or months for various ankle mobility exercises work enough to allow deep squats when I can do them with elevated heels until I don't need that anymore.I did more research on various options from cheaper foam wedges on Amazon to rubber tire wedges and as much as I hated to admit it, this set of adjustable rubber wedges at almost AUD$100 was probably the best all round option when you considered adjustable angles and firmness of the wedge. While I still think almost $100 is a VERY steep price, I could really find a cheaper option as good. Plus I'd rather invest in something that works well than spend/waste $30 and regret it later and never use the cheaper foam wedges. The wedges themselves are a lot heavier and more solid than I was expecting. They allow you to train at 3 different angles, they are really good at what they are for. I've only used them for high rep body weight squats so far (yes I used to skip leg day quite often) but there will be no issues using these with a lot of weight. The are a very solid piece of rubber.

Solid, heavy
They are heavy and solid to stand on. They sent two pieces of high grit, adhesive backed sandpaper to stick on top as well, which was nice.
