This author obviously did not have the book spell checked. This book has over 400 pages and is riddled with spelling and typographical errors. I'm not sure I trust the information presented because there are so many errors on so many pages. I have no idea how this book has such high ratings.

This book of full of typographical errors to the point where I was turned off. Sometimes it was difficult to even figure out what the correct word should be. It also needs and index! Not being able to go to a particular ingredient or topic without constantly flipping through the book or looking at the TOC is not helpful. I requested a refund!
