I am 23, 5'10, size 8, 34DDD, and bought size S.People say that SPANX don't cut you down a size. That may be right. However, my only suit's pencil skirt is too small. Before I had this SPANX onesie, the skirt only buttoned with a bulgy struggle (and the potential energy of the Teton Dam). With SPANX, the skirt button didn't budge the entire weekend, and the skirt slid smoothly around my girded loins. No static cling. No tawdry tightness. It worked wonders.People say that SPANX make you feel lightheaded or gassy. Well, I have low blood pressure and a history of fainting. I wore this for 16 hours straight in a stressful environment, with bronchitis and just 4 hours of sleep. It didn't make me feel any worse. It was slightly warmer, but not uncomfortable. I didn't get sweaty.If you need to look extra polished and seamless for an event, or need a slightly too-small thing to look like a perfect fit, there is no substitute. BUY THIS ONESIE THING.WARNING: If you have any fat on your thighs, don't pair this with skinny jeans. There WILL be a noticeable line/ridge where SPANX meets skin.

I recently wore this underneath a one-piece unitard/ leotard to a con. Man there is nothing like having a head to toe tight spandex leotard on your body walking around with a thousand people looking at your accoutrements! But my butt felt tight and my tummy felt tiny in my leotard with my Spanx underneath LOL it was very easy to get on and off and I did not worry about the pee pee gusset because I had to pull down my one piece leotard anyway. I wore panties underneath it because I am just that way. I wore small ones and you could not see any line and trust me if you were going to see a line you would definitely see it and what I had on. LOL *if I had a two piece outfit on I would not have worn panties* and would have used the gusset because you definitely would have to take your bottoms and top off to pull the Spanx down. But a one-piece was super simple. the men just had to wait a few extra moments for me in the bathroom. The size as perfectly as described, order according to the size guide. I highly recommend this Spanx and especially over a different brand there is nothing like Spanx!

PROS: Great material. Medium hold in the lower abdomen area. Great hold right at the waist line. The straps makes your back sillouet smooth because the spanx doesn't slowly fall down throughout the day like other half body spanx and you don't pull up and fidget all day.CONS: A little bit of rolling/bunching by waist-line after you sit and stand which may end up visible if wearing certain clothing material. Don't even rely on the gusset "for easy access" unless you're willing to urinate all over your spanx. Because there are straps, you basically have to take off your top (if not sleeveless) to go to the bathroom.All in all great buy. It does give you a great waist-line and smoother silhouette.

I ordered one for my highschool reunion. I was skeptical, but this thing was amazing! I was totally impressed. And thankful! I looked very smoothed out and didn't muffin top over my fitted jeans. Even more impressive, is that I wasn't miserable. I wasn't even uncomfortable, despite being sucked-in/compressed, and despite the fact I drank beer all night. I didn't have to forego food or booze for the sake of not making it even tighter. It still felt fine. I also wasnt overly hot in it, and it was an outdoor reunion, in the south, in August.I'd post a before and after pic to show the improvement, but trust me, no one wants to see that. The "after" was great, the "before," not so much.... :o/

Ok, initially I though, “Hey! This fat-sucker-inner” might just do the trick!” Then I wore it out. Problem 1- the shoulder straps cut into you and SHOW IN EVERYTHING. You have to wear a sweatshirt otherwise ppl will see your double straps and know you are either so insecure (like me) you dropped $100 to look an inch slimmer or you are wearing two bras like a weirdo. And there’s no way to remedy it. Tried to wrap the shoulder straps around my bra- nope. Tried tucking them in- nope, lumpy. The straps kept peeping out of my dress and causing REALLY ATTRACTIVE ARM FAT BULGES, whichissarcasm, it is gross and does the opposite of giving the illusion that I don’t eat an entire pizza every day. For breakfast.Problem 2- you’re going to piss yourself. Dont think for a second that you are able to navigate in and out of this thing in a public bathroom stall. And don’t say you are capable of peeing through the slot either. If that were possible men would have shrunk the sizes of women’s toilets years ago to make room for more beer pong tables. Don’t drink alcohol. You will do fine peeing through that tiny hole the first time, which will convince you that you are a super hero and can practically pee standing up if you wanted to. Two bud lights later, you’re back in the bathroom marveling at how warm it feels when you pee until you realize YOU ARE ACTUALLY URINATING ON YOUR CLOTHES AND WILL HAVE TO WATCH THE REST OF THE ROLLERDERBY MATCH WITHOUT ANY UNDERGARMENTS ON AND YOUR PURSE WILL SMELL LIKE PEE BECAUSE YOU CANT THROW AWAY A $100 FAT SUCKER INNER YOU ONLY WORE ONCE!!!So. Like, buyer beware. I’d probably return it if I could but, y’know,... I peed on it.

Fit good and did the job BUT with all the tech that we have you think they could design a better way to take a potty besides a small hole in the crouch. NOT GOOD.

It fits great. I did not have a problem with the straps coming down like others have said. It’s a comfortable compression not to tight. I wore this all day and felt comfortable. I did pull it down to use the bathroom (which wasn’t a big deal to me). There was no way I was going to try and pee through the hole. Would definitely recommend this product! I’m 5’4” and 250lbs. I do gain my weight primarily in my hips and this fit my legs and hips just fine. The legs on it came halfway between my groin and knee. I would have liked them to come down farther but still give this a 5 star.
