Can you do leg curls?

There is no way to attach weights to the bench so not really. If you just want to do them with your body weight alone you can drop the bench so it is vertically down then lie on your stomach and curl your legs up like in a lying leg lift but it won't be very effective without weights. The padded leg bar in the front is just there for stability.

Question 2

What material is used for the cushion support boards, and how thick are those support boards? (i'm not asking about the total cushion thickness.)

The main materials are PU leather and multi-layer wood board. The thickness of the headrest, seat cushion and back cushion is 2 inches.
