Bayer Garden Provado Ultimate Fruit and Vegetable Bug Killer Concentrate, 30 ml

It comes in a bottle the size of a pill bottle unsecured in a box that's 10 times bigger. The seal was broken on my bottle but whether that is because it got so shoogled that the seals broke or because it wasn't actually new I can't tell. I also have some small doubts about it's authenticity because the box seems very cheaply printed for a big manufacturer like Bayer.Second issue is that the dilutions (one part in one thousand) are tricky for domestic users to get right when mixing small quantities in a spray bottle. You basically need a pippette to do less than 1 litre.I sprayed once on blackfly but they returned in a week, sprayed again today... (Pictured) and will update on whether or not it works this time.

Effective bug killer, but could not get the lid off without spilling a load of it. Should be a simple operation - press and turn - but the seal broke and it just kept turning and the lid wouldn't come off as it should do. I had to resort to forcing the lid off and lost a lot of the liquid inside. Expensive, so not ideal. Understand the need for safety, but pretty pointless if liquid is going everywhere as a result.

the product seems to be what I need,but because of the weather and the season I have not been able to use it yetso I cant pass an opinion on its efficacy.but I hope it would be good.

This small amount of concentrated fluid (30ml)came in a box that was 5 TIMES BIGGER THAN THE CONTENTS!!Notwithstanding that, 0.5ml to protect my herbs once a year means that I have enough of 60 years in one bottle!!Trouble is, I bought 2

They were successful in killing the caterpillars on my box trees after two uses. Box plants are being eaten up across the UK and Europe, as I can see across London and when travelling in France and Germany. I did find a dead bee near them though afterwards. I thing there are bee friendly versions. Perhaps better to dig up and burn the box trees because of the larvae anyway, otherwise they keep spreading.

To be honest, I feel a bit hard done by. Maybe I didn't read the full description and was expecting the same size as that which I normally buy at my local garden centre, but being lazy, I didn't fancy a drive out, so ordered this product. The size of the bottle to the box is ridiculous and the actual contents is 30ml. Why use such a big box? You would get eight of the bottles into the box supplied. Anyway, I've used it for the first time today and it seems to be doing the job. Just a lot of money for what it is. Very convenient to have delivered the next day though, which is what internet shopping is all about! Would I buy again - NO!
