Q: What about mold/mildew resistant and dry rot?

So far my light colored covering has remained mildew and mold free. Of course there is no standing water . The cover has been water proof . Our cover has full sun and no dry rot this year. Of course I imagine it won’t last forever but this year has performed exceptionally.

Q: Will this fit 5x8' Outsider grill gazebo model # GFS2031 7F ?

It will fit probably not as snug as the original. And a word of advise hold on to the small vent canopy for the top, the replacement may not fit.

Q: Does the vent top come with dual pockets?

No it does not, it has dual Pockets on one side of the vent top only. Sending it back.
