My favourite old fashioned scent/ caiuld not resist buying this for myself. Love it!

I first used this when my brother bought me some from France (or it could have been the ferry!) when I was 16 in 1968. I loved it and so did other people, I was swamped with compliments.I have used it on and off for years. I have other perfumes but this is still my favourite. It is very cheap compared to my other favourite. I am not convinced it is the same as it was in the 60s but the firm, Parfums Gres, says it is.Not everyone will love it as much as I do because perfume is a very personal thing.A few years ago a famous “perfume nose” said that Cabochard was the worlds sexiest perfume. So trueI used to be able to buy bath foam body lotion and dusting powder to MST how but haven’t seen them for years. Shame

Well this perfume isn't bad but I won't be buying it again. It's quite strong when you first spray it but mellows down after a short while. Even though I hate to say it, the smell does remind me of a perfume an old lady would wear, definitely not for a younger woman in my opinion. While I would say it's a pleasant smell I can't get the old lady image out of my head. For the amount you get it's worth the money I suppose so go for it. Some younger women might like it, but I doubt that, but hey..... it's all subjective.

Had used this perfume years ago but hadn’t seen it in the shops for a long time. Delighted to find it on line and at such a very reasonable price. Good service all round.

Cabochard Perfume by the Perfume House Off Gres, was 1st launched in 1959! & to this day remains a classic in its own right,& is still 1off my ALL time favourite Perfumes!Cabochard Perfume,is a scent that takes you from daytime wear,through till evening wear without any fuss! On me its a fresh,clean,crisp green scent,which wears excellent,so a little go's a long long way! It is also a fragrance that could easily be wore by either a woman,or a man! & I would say Cabochard Perfume is in the Chyrpe family off fragrances,which I adore! I would highly recommend this Perfume to anyone! I honestly rate this fine fragrance at 5/5 top score!!! TRY & BUY.

Absolutely lovely. This used to be my own personal scent for years when I was younger. Haven't had any for years until I got a bottle of eau de toilette for Christmas which was a bit disappointing. This was the eau de parfum (don't know what that means) but it was really nice and much stronger with good staying power.
