Soap Dispenser No Touch IR Infrared Motion Sensor Hands-Free Stainless Steel Automatic Liquid Soap Dispenser for Kitchen or Bathroom (Champagne 01)

Ordered two dispensers for our bathroom in November. They both worked well until January when one dispenser quit working followed in February by the second one. In both cases the sensor that detects your hand to dispense soap quit working. This is a quality control issue and I wouldn't recommend this soap dispenser to anyone. Too much money for a product that only lasts a couple of months. I'd recommend you try a different vendor.Update 4/14/18: The vendor reached out and offered to send me two new dispensers or give me a refund. Since the warrantee period was no longer valid I was surprised by the offer. While the dispensers didn't work for me I thought it was important to let other potential customers know that the vendor is standing behind their product. It's possible the units I received were the exception and not an overall quality issue. I know I've read many reviews where some buyers rave about their purchase while others had a different experience. At least this vendor is willing to to do the right thing.

Loved it when it worked but that stopped at about 6 weeks. Thought it was just batteries but after changing batteries, still no go. After many attempts at batteries in and out and still nothing, I decided to take it apart (nothing to lose at this point). Removed the screws on the bottom, pulled the "guts" out a bit and could see nothing obviously wrong. It pushing the guts back in, it popped up the top portion which contained a small chip processor. That poor thing was soaked in dish soap. I had emptied it of soap prior to all of my messing around with it so I'll concede that I could have done something to cause this. But in reading all of the "do not do this" from the manufacturer - don't turn upside down, don't use in sunlight, don't rinse it" it just sounds like something that was not built for the environment in which it is intended to be used.

I did really like the product when i first received it but after a month i notice there was always a lot of soap on my cabinet - it seem to have a leaking problem.. i didn't bother to complain or send it back.. but if you would like to contact me via e-mail i would like to return it back to you. I am not asking for my money back or any thing but if you could please contact me and give me address - I will send and pay my own postage for it.. did like the look of it but wish it worked longer.

The soap dispenser works when it feels like it. I hear it cranking in the middle of the night. Sunlight seems to set it off. Turning on the bathroom light at night cranks it up. But unfortunately it is usually unrsponsible to my hand when passed near the sensor. I have two bowls I set under the spout and they fill up daily when I am not there, It seems to be set off by light, darkness and random chance. Do not buy this. It is a frustrating waste of time and soap. I've included a photo of the blowl I have to catch the space alien dispenses. Pictured is the second bowl i filled up today.

I've had this for a few weeks now this is the best one I have the other two I have which I will be replacing are white plastic and are not adjustable this one is adjustable and how much it dispenses and it's metal very well made I will definitely be replacing it the other two I have with this. Got this one for the living room works great beside my couch and the sensor has never accidentally gone off even once show two thumbs up five stars.

I’ve ordered quite a bit of items off of amazon. This is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to write a review.Simply put, these dispensers are a complete waste of money. Of the 4 I ordered, only two worked out of the box. One of the two that worked gave out within 2 weeks. The one that does work dispenses WAY too much soap even on the lowest setting. You have to buy the right viscosity soap for it to even dispense properly.So in short, do not buy

Worked great for a month now is going crazy! Replaced batteries reset it and it still acting crazy! It activates for no good reason and turns on and off for no reason! Stay away.

So far, so good. I fill with Dawn for dish washing at the kitchen sink. It pumps well after it primes a few uses. It has a smaller reservoir than the one from Bed Bath & Beyond we replaced which requires more frequent fillings and there is no level indicator to see how full it is.
