This bin is amazing, does everything you'd expect a bin to do:1. Opens2. Closes3. Holds rubbish4. Does binny things.Open, Close, Open, Close, Open, Close, Open, Close, Open, Close, Open, Close........had so much fun I didn't even notice my wife had left me!

So disappointed with this product!! Paid £39.99 and has come with so many dents it’s very annoying!! Don’t buy

1st item arrived, huge dent in the side. Just arranging for that to be returned. Replacement ordered, unwrapped and started to use only 2 notice another 2 small dents near the bottom. Husband had already thrown the box away. Really disappointing for an expensive bin!

Looks lovely, works well and arrived quickly (7 days earlier than expected) with no damage.*UPDATED - feint scratch approx 1.5inch long low down on front of bin so now requesting a return.*The only minor criticism is that the advert states that the bin liner is hidden - 99% of the liner is hidden but as you will see in the advert, the bin liner folds down around the rim and flat against the sides of the inner drum. When you have done this and inserted the drum, the rim can be seen as the lid closes onto this as a sort of ledge. Therefore, if you use white, beige or grey bin liners you will see a ring of this colour where the lid closes. Only way not to see this is to either use black bin liners, no bin liner or just hook the bin liner inside the drum on the handle, although this will only secure the bin liner on one side.Otherwise, looks great and works well.

Disappointed as it arrived with a massive dent on it. I managed to pop most of it out. This still looks poor. I had to use it as it was a replacement at work. It’s very poor and flimsy product. Wouldn’t recommend

I love the bin BUT it arrived in the original Addis manufacturer’s cardboard box which was placed inside a clear plastic bag. The sides of the pedal bin were protected by cardboard inside the cardboard box, but the top had no protection at all. Also, the plastic bag wasn’t completely sellotaped together. When I opened the cardboard box I found that the lid of the pedal bin has several dents in it because there was no protection at all for the lid – cardboard or polystyrene would have protected it.

Around the lid of the bin has gone rusty and is very unsightly. The soft close function no longer works (which was one of the main reasons I bought this bin). Having had the bin for only around a year I did not expect to have to replace it so soon. Poor quality of life from this product.

I loved this bin when I first saw it but I'm disappointed to find the lid has got a very large dent in the lid so I'm not happy. I'd like direct contact with the company to set this right.
