Excellent value and amazing customer service.
I had ordered Around the UK Snap to use with children in a primary school class. I thought it would be both fun, educational and the class were looking forward to playing with it. The parcel arrived in excellent condition and before the expected delivery date. However, upon opening, I saw it contained the incorrect item. It was both disappointing and inconvenient. I was going to re-order but wondered if the same thing may happen again so was in a dilemma about what to do. In the meantime I completed the online review, awarding the sale only two marks because of the mistake.The next day I received an email from the company supplying the Snap cards, apologising for the error and saying they would not only post the correct item immediately but would also include another Snap game too. As promised, within a few days, the correct cards and a pack of Times Tables cards arrived on my doorstep. This evening I even received a phone call from a gentleman from Aquarius Trading, who supply the cards, asking whether they had arrived and were to my satisfaction. He apologised again for the mix-up.What amazing customer service! Many other companies could learn a lot from Aquarius Trading. I had never bought from them before but I shall definitely do so in the future and shall recommend them without hesitation.

I bought this item for use in Schools, it has been really successfull so far. All the pupils I have used this game with enjoyed it and learnt something after it all.
