I thought I would give this a try to see if it would offer me a energy boost. The flavour of these is really nice, very easy to dissolve. Whilst these are not a miracle worker, I really feel like these have given me a boost. I feel more awake and alert from taking these on a regular basis.

They definitely give you a boost and the mango flavour is so much nicer than the orange and mixed berries flavours!

Favourite flavour of berocca and was a great price. Only issue is there’s always a lot of powder in the bottom of the drink which I’m assuming is the actual vitamins.

Good flavour and more energy

Great but I ordered mango, got orange instead which i don't like the taste of but drank anyway.

I got this one as an 'add-on' from another order at a very reasonable price. I ordered this product as I had tried it many years ago and it does make you feel more awake if you are tired and seems to give you more energy due to the additives, sugars and sweetener. Since the first time I tried them, I have become extremely interested in proper nutrition and obviously these additives and sugar etc are not good for your body. The worst ingredient in them though is Aspertame (Google it - should be avoided at all costs). I did not however research the ingredients until after I placed the order. In a nut shell, it does appear to have the desired affect but at a detrimental affect overall to your health and body with 'energy dips' when you understand the effect of the ingredients in them. I will take them on this one occasions as I paid now anyway but I have already researched a natural version of this kind of product that I will buy next time. My advice is to just do your research first if you care what you put into your body.
